Our adoption practice addresses the individual needs of the adopting parent. We work with adoption agencies, the state Department of Child Services, and individuals focusing on the needs and best interests of the child.
When the need for a guardianship arises, whether the potential ward is a minor, the potential ward is mentally incompetent, or because the person displays an inability to handle his / her personal or business affairs, our firm will handle the court transactions for setting up a guardianship or conservatorship, prepare the inventories, and file accountings as required by the court.
